Event: Webinar by Professor Neil Goldsman
“Concise History of Middle East Conflict and Economic, Technological and Religious Based Solutions.”
Thursday, May 1, 2025, 4pm,
Webinar address: https://umd.zoom.us/s/2555760627

Neil Goldsman, Ph.D. is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland and a High Technology Entrepreneur. He has also taught Middle East history for a religious organization. Dr. Goldsman has published more than two hundred peer-reviewed papers and holds numerous patents. He will present the key historical events and issues with respect to Israel and its Arab neighbors to provide a concise background that is not found in the media. In addition, he will use his technical and entrepreneurial experience as a unique guide for proposing new solutions to the conflict.

Our Mission:

  • We are working to educate and dispel misinformation about the Jewish Community and the State of Israel.
  • We are also here to support and aid Jewish and Non-Jewish community members, especially students, who are victims of antisemitic, racial and religious harassment.
  • We also promote free speech, so people’s voices are heard without fear of suppression or cancellation.

How We Work:

  • We have a mailing list of community members that want to organize against antisemitism.
  • We have regular meetings and social events.
  • We reach out to government representatives to urge them to combat antisemitism.
  • We have events, presentations and panels by experts to further educate the community.
  • We work with other organizations that have similar concerns and goals.
